ABOUT MONTERE
Montere Consulting is a Minnesota-based, family-owned consulting firm focused on identifying and realizing measurable cost savings across supply chain and procurement operations. The firm combines disciplined analysis, executive-level operational experience, and a performance-aligned commercial model designed to keep Montere focused on the same outcome as its clients: measurable financial improvement.
OUR STORY
Montere was founded around a simple idea: consulting should create measurable value, not simply produce recommendations. As a family-owned firm, Daniel and Danny Mogollon combine client-focused entrepreneurship with executive-level supply chain and operations experience. Together, they built Montere around a practical approach—understand the operation, identify financial opportunity, support implementation, and measure the result.
FAMILY OWNED · MINNESOTA BASED
Montere is built around direct relationships, accountability, and reputation. Clients work closely with the people responsible for both the relationship and the work itself.

01 Alignment — Our commercial model is designed to connect our success to measurable client outcomes.
02 Accountability — The people clients meet are directly involved in the work and responsible for its quality.
03 Operational Reality — Savings only matter if they can be implemented without creating larger problems elsewhere in the business.
04 Measurability — Opportunities, baselines, implementation, and realized savings should be clearly defined and understood.
